2. Add 1 cup mango cubes
3. Add 1ts honey
4. Blend for 1 to 2 mins
5. Sprinkle 1ts of chia seeds
hi vicky….i followed your egg diet plan and reduced 6.5 kgs in 10 days…everyne started praising me for that but the credit goes to you..and thanks a lot.i need to reduce 15 kgs more..as im now 74kg.i want to contunue this egg diet plan..can i use this mango shake for fast results along with egg diet?? cause i love mangos dear…but if im ysing both together do i need to change anything in egg diet..because calories may get increased na..and more doubt i have is can i do yoga and abs daily for 1 to 2 hrs whn im following this diet plans..becuse every time u r telling only brisk walk for 15 mjns..and also telling no intense workouts..please clarify my doubts dear..
