600g chicken pieces
20g butter
1 onion, diced
1 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp chilli puree
6 tbsp sweetcorn
1 tbsp peri peri spice
1/2 red pepper, cut into small chunks
1/2 Green pepper, cut into small chunks
Spring onions, chopped
Fresh coriander, chopped
200g cream cheese
125g mozzarella cheese
1-2 Loaves of bread
2-3 beaten eggs
Breadcrumbs for coating
Salt to taste
