Equipment expert Adam Ried discusses the top blenders on the market.

Buy our winning mid-priced blender:
UPDATE: Breville recently discontinued our winning midpriced blender, the Hemisphere Control and replaced it with a new blender, the Fresh & Furious. We ordered the new blender and ran it through a battery of tests, comparing it to the Hemisphere throughout, making smoothies, mayonnaise, and almond butter, and crushing ice. We’re pleased to report we like the new model even more than the last.

  1. I love the results from this blender BUT, you don't mention that the contents will spray out the top when starting. I always need to place a towel over the top before pushing even the slow start button. I forgot to the other night and I had pressure cooker pot roast gravy all over my counters and cupboards! Very unhappy!!

  2. please please please review juicers……………….. there are and overwhelming number of them out there. Where do I invest my dollars. I hate having so many small appliances to store, but I don't want to have to peel, core, cut veg and fruit pre-juicing either. HELP 🙂 Love this channel. Happier 2021!

  3. Not everyone has/wants to spend HUNDREDS of dollars on a blender!! I had a ninja it burnt out in a year; never again…got an Oster 1200 for $99; makes GREAT smoothies still going strong 4 yrs later; I LOVE it!!

  4. I have the KitchenAid k150 blender and I love it and I’ve had them all! From oster, vitamix, Hamilton beach, and so on…my first KitchenAid blender purchase and I’ve been using it everyday I don’t even pull out my food processor anymore! And I paid less for my blender then the food processor! Go figure! A good chefs knife can do everything a processor can do! 👍🏽😁

  5. I have the Breville, a few years old. Light use until I started making daily 1.5-2 L frozen smoothies. Sadly, you guys should have looked up market some more. The Breville is just not powerful enough and it is clearly burning the motor by the rank burning smells it is making. Yours are lasting because you have so many you are distributing the load. I definitely wanted to see comparison with a higher power Blendtec or Vitamix. You could have stratified them and left it to us to decide if I want to spend that much money. Disappointed in your outcome since I KNOW your best choice is not up to snuff, at least in my kitchen.
