Recipes:

Antioxidant Powerhouse:
1 cup vanilla rice milk (or milk of choice)
I Tbsp Chia seeds
1/3 cup frozen blueberries
*stevia optional

PB+J Smoothie
1 cup vanilla breeze (or milk of choice)
3/4 cup frozen strawberries
1Tbsp PB2
1 Tbsp ground flax seed
*steiva optional

Watermelon Smoothie:
1 cup watermelon
3/4 cup frozen mango
1 handful beet root greens (or spinach)

  1. Have you tried Good Karma Flax Milk? It is so good and low in calories. Trader Joe's Frozen Mango is the best. It tastes like candy! Do you add ice to all your smoothies? Seems to water ours down a bit…..We like to just use more frozen fruits to get that amazing smoothie texture…we like to compare ours to Smoothie King 🙂 Great video and easy ways to add more nutrition to your smoothies!
