"Smroothie"
Omg the hate here is ridiculous. First of all she's not fat? She is average at most. Society has made everyone think that super skinny is the right size but she is perfect. Very healthy size. Also her makeup and outfit is beautiful. I know this is so long ago but I have to say this. And a persons size doesn't make them qualified or not to talk about something being healthy. This is a healthy recipe so she obviously knows what she is talking about.

You are Aussie like me I am assuming, i recommend Nutra Organics Thriving or Clean Protien 🙂 Vanilla is my fav and both are great even with water and the clean protien has more protien but also cayenne pepper and tumeric the thriving less protien but is mroe a meal replacement/great alrounder and as i said mix so well with water and the texture is so smooth and not grainy at all

No hate or whatever, I just personally think it's not bad at all to have dairies in your diet. I have one liter of skim milk and about half a kilo of fat free cottage cheese a day and my blood analisies are really good, I just have a really low cholesterol. Anyway, if it's a life choice I can totally respect it. BTW GS whey is actually a really good product. 😉
