Ingredients:
800g Pork Chops
1″ ginger
10 Garlic Cloves
2 Green Chillies
½ tsp. Turmeric Powder
Salt to Taste
4 Tbsp. Cooking Oil
¼ cup Vinegar

Serves: 3 -4
Preparation Time: 20 mins (1 hr for Marination)
