  1. Well explained video! Most of us don’t give that much importance while choosing the right turmeric. If we want good health, we must go for pure ingredients. I tried Yellowraw premium turmeric from Nature’s Box. It passes the test too. Try and see.

  2. I want to share I made a similar drink with a whole lemon w/peel, ginger root raw, garlic cloves, kale and raw unfiltered honey! This drink rid my body of deathly mucous from a COPD, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease inflammation! I was almost dead….in 24 -48 hours of drinking several of these drinks over the 2 day period my mucous was 100% gone! I now drink these drinks daily to keep mucous gone and improve my overall health!
