Southern Fried Chicken Ingredients:
1 cup Flour
1/4 cup Creole Kick
1tbsp Onion Powder
1tbsp Salt
1tbsp Pepper
6-8 pieces of Chicken
1 1/2 cup ButterMilk
1/2 cup Pickle Juice
Enough Frying oil to cover half the chicken
Heat to 350-360 degrees

  3. im making it right now i used wings and ran out of onion powder so i subbed for garlic powder thank you for helping me get that flour right for years i always struggled to get the nice speckled beautiful flour ill be back to let you know if its fire

  4. I have done chicken fingers before, but I am finding inconsistency. I look for that golden brown on the chicken when frying, but I took a bite and found it was alittle slightly pink towards the bone, so to get it completely done I had to almost somewhat blacken the outside of the breading when frying. Any tips? thanks.

  5. Niceeeee hell im constantly calling grandma to get her old recipes.. Grandma always knew how to cook good food. Mom never learned. That's why I always spent a lot of time at grandmas house ahaha. Shes the one who taught me to cook

  7. AB this looks great. I'm going to try this recipe tonight actually. It looks like you added 2 seasonings in the video that are not in the ingredients listed. Could you possibly tell me what they are? Also…how much water did you add to the buttermilk and pickle juice? Can't wait to try it!

I never knew about buttermilk chicken but babbbby it was sooo good.And always seasoned my chicken before I put it in the flour but I tried it your way and I’m finally able to taste all my seasonings I put in.Mann I really believe this how Publix makes their chicken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
