Chicken marsala. My first time I was half snockered at a Christmas dinner through my husband's employer. I had no idea what to eat so I just half aced it. My first bite & I was in love, I woke right up out of that alcohol cloud..not only that it was very boring there but that marsala & I became best friends & I couldn't care where or who my husband was. (Yeah, one of THOSE marriages) lol
