Ingredients required –
1. Sugar (1/2 cup)
2. Cocoa powder (10 gram)
3. Milk (500 mL)
4. Agar agar/veg gelatin (7 gram)
5. Dark chocolate
Instructions –
1. Take sugar in a pan.
2. Add cocoa powder.
3. Gradually add milk and whisk.
4. Add veg gelatin.
5. Turn on the gas flame.
6. Add dark chocolate and continue whisking.
7. Whisk continuously while boiling the mixture on low flame.
8. Pour the chocolate pudding mixture into a container and refrigerate it for 2-3 hours.
