  1. thank you for this. the bread I currently make is fine to eat but it's got more of a Madeira cake feel.
I'm following the recipe that came with the bread maker but I just want the bread more light and fluffy will
100% be giving this a go.

  2. I love this recipe the bread is amazing, the bread delicious. I am finding that the top of my bread collapses slightly whilst baking. I have checked and its either too much liquid or yeast. Has anyone else had this?

  3. Please write your recipes using cups instead of ml's…..I bake all the time but if I find a recipe that doesn't have cups I skip right over it. I have no way of converting ml's into cups…..I'm sure other people are the same way.

  4. This is going to sound so ridiculous, but during 2021, I made a goal for myself to learn to bake fresh bread. This was the first recipe I ran across online that someone like me (with very basic baking skills!) could do. Thank you for releasing this video, you helped me reach my goal just before the year turns over and for that I’m grateful to your channel 😊🙌🍞🥖

  5. I’m glad to see you’re using your “loaf” 🍞by buying a bread machine. I feel like an “outsider” for not having one. You could possibly start selling your bread. I heard there’s a lot of “dough” in it. I suppose you have to earn a “crust”, especially if you are living on the “breadline”. It could be a good source of income for you. It would be your “bread and butter”. Sorry for the bad english. Intelligence doesn’t run in the family, I must be “in-bread”. I have to say I admire your baking skills. I’m not exactly my “Mother’s Pride” with my bread making skills. My wife really ”kneads” one of those machines for her sandwich making business. Her name just happens to be “Marg” would you believe. She is one hell of a gossiper. She “spreads” it about a bit and can’t keep a secret. Have a nice day with your lovely bread making machine.
