Roasted Curry Powder – 1 ½ tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 ½ tbsp
Curry Powder – 3 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Onion – 1 (medium)
Green Chillies -2
Tomatoes – 1 (Large)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 2 tbsp
Curry Leaves
Lemon Grass – (Small)
Tamarind Paste – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 2
Cinnamon Stick -1 (small)
Cloves – 2 pcs
Oil – 2 tbsp
Ghee – 1 tbsp
Water 1-2 cups or as required
