Ingredients

Gram Flour (Besan) – 500gms/4cups
Yellow food colour – a pinch
Water – 600ml/ 2½ cups
Oil – for frying

For Syrup
Sugar – 900 gms/ 4½ cups
Water – 400ml/ 1½ cups(approx)
Cardamom powder – 1tsp
Yellow colour – a pinch
Back cardamom seeds – 1tsp
Melon seeds – handful
