Juicy Meatball ingredient
1 to 2 pounds of ground beef
2 Tbsp Ap Flour
1/2 of a cup of cotija cheese or parmesan
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chicken bouillon
1 tsp Mexican oregano
1 egg
2 Tbsp milk
2 green onion

Chili sauce
8 Guajillo chiles (large) or 11 Guajillo chiles (small)
1 1/2 chicken broth
1/4 of a cup of tomato sauce
3 garlic cloves
🛑For added flavor add 1 tsp ground cumin + 1/2 Tbsp garlic powder to sauce

Ingredients
1/2 onion
1 Tbsp oil
1 to 2 potatoes
1/2 Tbsp Mexican oregano

  2. Mira every time I watch you cook I get hungry it’s not right this Mexican loves food too. I can cook but sometimes it’s hard to make dinners with rice and beans ye todo my mom use to make the best tortillas I learned how to make her chili red or green chili tostadas enchiladas but I’ve never made her tortillas. First of all no ones tortillas I’ve had since she passed away even comes close , but that’s expected cause it was my moms recipe she never measured the ingredients it was always some of this poquito of that mix it knead the dough cover it with a twya let it sit for a bit then knock out a dozen or so if I can find a good recipe for them I will try hers would stay soft for a couple of days who am I kidding they hardly lasted til the next morning for breakfast then another hot batch by the afternoon so thanks for keeping it authentic and I love the way you make cooking fun VIVA LA RAZA MEXICANA

  3. Love your videos, I needed a quick pizza dough and I used your recipe but just used the starter an hour after it was made and let it proof twice. I looked used coarse tamale flour for the bottom of the dough balls and cooked as high as I could get my oven… That was just because I was short on time and couldn't go to the store for the flour you used… But man… It really made an amazing pizza… My daughter said it tasted like it came from a restaurant <3
