  1. Wish you would add a double cooked pork recipe. There is the authentic Szechuan style made with perk belly and leeks. Then there is the 'westernized' version with lean pork and cabbage. I had the authentic, Szechuan version in Chicago's Chinatown.

  2. Look great! Keep up the videos! QQ… how do you like the Nuwave wok compared to the other electric woks you've used in the past? Would you recommend something like this for a small apt (does it get hot enough @ 500F for wok cooking)?

  3. Hey Chef Gambo. How interesting as I made a pork lo mein dish today too. It was Pork Paprika with colored peppers and asparagus lo mein. The family loved it. They are amazed how you taught me how to cook Chinese at home. Just like the previous video, I am amazed of your new wok cooking processes.
