How to make Quick and Easy Pork Recipe with few ingredients | Easy Pork Belly Recipe as a side dish

This Pork Belly recipe is so easy you won’t believe it when it’s done! No marination required. With few ingredients, this recipe is an incredibly quick and delicious way to serve boneless pork belly — just dry roast some spice powders and toss in few ingredients and pressure cook without water.

So here’s the recipe from my kitchen to yours.

Ingredients :

Roasting Spice Powders :
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
½ tsp Cumin Powder (Jeera Powder)

Other Ingredients :
500 gms Pork (belly portion cut into cube size)
1 large Onion (finely chopped)
5 to 6 Garllic cloves (finely chopped)
½ inch Ginger (finely chopped)
2 Green Chillies (finely chopped)
½ tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Lemon Juice
½ tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt as per taste
1 sprig Curry Leaves
3 to 4 tbsp Coriander Leaves

Note : tsp is teaspoon
tbsp is tablespoon
