This chocolate brigadeiro is for all of you chocolate lovers out there because this is so incredibly rich and decedent! It only takes 4 simple ingredients to prepare and it is one of the easiest desserts you’ll ever make because it’s all mixed in the blender! Try it out today and I know you’re going to love it.

Ingredients:
1 can Evaporated Milk
2 cans Condensed Milk
1 cup Cocoa Powder
8 Egg Yolks
butter & granulated sugar for dusting.

Directions:
Start off by adding the cans of milk, cocoa powder and eggs to the blender. Blend until fully incorporated. Grease a bundt pan or an 8 inch cake pan with butter and cover all the butter with sugar. Pour all of chocolate mixture into the prepared pan and cover the brigadeiro with foil. Place the pan into a larger size pan and fill it with hot water. Bake this in a 350 degrees F. oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once ready, allow the brigadeiro to cool then place it into the fridge overnight to fully chill.
