I also love love love cream puffs! They are probably my favorite dessert. My Mother used to make them and there was a specialty bakery in town, who made great big cream puffs with a different kind of cream filling and then put delicious homemade chocolate icing or frosting on top!!! I love anything with whipped cream, Natasha and maybe the powdered sugar would be best. Less calories, I would think:) Love your recipes!❤

I always thought you had to poke a hole in the bottom of the puff when it came out of the oven so that it doesn't get soggy in the middle. We don't have to do that?

I just made them! absolutely delicious! I didn't have vanilla so I used orange liqueur instead and it was marvelous.
I don’t understand where I went wrong the dough looked exactly like yours all the way up until I dolloped it on the baking sheet.
I baked it for 10 minutes for 425 Fahrenheit then another 22 minutes at 325 and they turned flat and not fluffy whatsoever.
It’s almost like gelatin in the middle!? What did I do!
:/ now I wasted 4 eggs
