America’s Test Kitchen is a real 2,500 square foot test kitchen located just outside of Boston that is home to more than three dozen full-time cooks and product testers. Our mission is simple: to develop the absolute best recipes for all of your favorite foods. To do this, we test each recipe 30, 40, sometimes as many as 70 times, until we arrive at the combination of ingredients, technique, temperature, cooking time, and equipment that yields the best, most-foolproof recipe.

That was my question on FB! My .05 secs of fame! 😭😂🙈😍
Yeah but you didn't explain if the liquid on top of the sour cream is safe to eat mixing it in if the sour cream hasn't been used in a couple weeks at least. So is it?
I've wondered about that, then I stirred it in, reasoning that if it's fresh and hasn't been allowed to sit out it must be good as long as the smell is ok.
lol! This girl is pretty cute, don't get me wrong, but c'mon, guise, let's at least try to stay on topic.
😀 cute
"No whey!"
"Whey…"
I always poured it out…It just doesn't look good to me…..at least now I know it wasn't something bad. 🙂
Secretions are gross. I'll just pass on all dairy.
there is she again <3 😀
Thanks! I always wondered about that!
