He's missing one of the most SECRET ingredients that i accidently found out from burping up in the middle of the night after eating 8 thighs! I was shocked when it 'hit me' when i figured out that ingredient was in the seasoning mix, but after i thought about it, it makes sense now. But also kinda weird that it's in the mix as most people never put it in their home made flour mix, but as we all know from eating at KFC, it works!
I think i want to keep it to myself as i might use it one day.
