onion – 150 g
bacon – 100 g
potatoes – 200 g
red bell pepper – 100 g
cabbage – 400 g
carrot – 150 g

for the sauce:
oil – 60 ml
salt – 9 g
black pepper – 4 g
vinegar – 15 ml
starch – 20 g
soy sauce – 30 ml
granulated mustard – 25 g
IN THE OVEN 180 °C/40 minutes
