  1. Very tasty. I believe the main thing to be aware of when cooking this is to not overcook the steaks. Maybe put on the cheese before the patty is fully cooked through and let it finish while the cheese is melting if you don´t want it too well done. I have done variations of this several times and i usually make it with teriyaki sause. I spoon the sause over the cheese to melt it. So tasty!!! 🤤🤤
