I don't ever use garlic salt. I use garlic granuals. That way you can adjust the garlic and salt separately.
I have to ask….why do you call them 'erbs' and not HERBS, because that's what they are? That to one side…looks lovely..!!

Oh my, I just made this. I couldn't wait, so I cheated a bit and had everything but the heavy cream. I used about a cup of unsweetened Almond Milk and just under 2 tablespoons of flour and the sauce thickened pretty well. So any viewers who don't do dairy, it works. I'm sure it's even better with heavy cream though. Think I'll make it again next well. Thanks so much. Yum
