  1. No such thing as spaghetti Bolognese as I found out during a trip to Bologna. They call it ragu and use three different types of meat pork beef and something else, I've used minced heart before. They add a lot more vegetables carrot, onion and celery in greater quantities than Gordon Ramsay does here and never, never do they add tomatoes in any shape or form. Moreover it is always served with tagliatelle. As for Lea and Perrins…..the Bolognese no not what they are missing.

  2. This guy just gives me anxiety with his fidgety energy. Can’t stand him. And I’d much rather get Italian cooking tips from a chef who is actually Italian; someone like Lidia Bastianich who knows how to calmly explain each step of the cooking process.

  3. I'm sure he is a great chef in his own establishment cooking for guests. He is a good showman, charismatic, sometimes funny etc. However, I've tried 3 or more of his "authentic recipes". First, they are not authentic at all. these are just simplified versions of the actual authentic recipes. second, they do not taste good as you expect (I follow the instructions very well with very good ingredients).

    these recipes can give you an idea but you need to improve the taste yourself or this man is using magical ingredients.

  4. Mi dispiace, è una vomitata di ratto. Non ha nulla a che vedere con un ragù (si chiama così non bolognese). Verdure tagliate a julienne, aglio spremuto, origano 😂, niente salsiccia, concentrato di pomodoro e… Latte🤮. E un sacco di altre mancanze.
    Ci manca solo la senape.
    In più per completare la buffonata una bella cottura a fuoco alto per 5 minuti.
    Bisogna accettare che certe cose sono al di là delle proprie capacità.
