After shredding the pork taste for salt and ajuste if needed

For slow cooker- cook on low for 9 hours or on high for 4

For stovetop— cook on medium low for 3 hours

Ingredients:
5 lbs pork shoulder butt
Coarse Salt I used 5 tsp
1 tbsp black pepper
3 poblano peppers
5 green peppers
2-5 jalapeños
1/2 onion
6 tomatillos
1 Manzano pepper or habanero
5 garlic cloves
1/2 tsp coriander seeds
Bunch of cilantro
1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp oregano
Lard to fry
1 cup beef broth
Salt to taste or beef bouillon

  1. I didn’t understand how long she said to cook the second time? Was it 6 to 5 minutes or 65 minutes. Sorry I’m getting older and didn’t understand because you said it so fast. 65 minutes just sounded like too long in an instant pot and since the second (cooking with the sauce) I’m thinking you were saying cook 5-6 minutes. Saying 6-5 threw me off. Sorry
