220g Pork Loin
100g Tri Color Bell Pepper
3 Cloves Garlic
1 Stalk Spring Onion
1/2 Tbsp Shaoxing Wine (step 3)
4 Drops Fish Sauce (step 3)
Oil

FOR PORK MARINADES:
1 Tbsp Corn Starch
1 Tsp Sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp Lighy Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp Water
