I made the nut & fruit chocolate cake for my mom's birthday and I've been told at least 12 times how good it is 👌🏼
(I did use less icing sugar for the filling though)
I am always amazed how you make such incredible cakes and puds, my non-vegan mates would never think it possible… Well done!

Can you please let me know which blender you are using ? Is it a magic bullet ? Don’t want to invest too much money in a vitamix. Yours seems more compact which is what I’d like to get, plus it seems to make super smooth sauces. Thank you 🙂
