🍌Ingredients for the Best Banana Bread:

3 ripe bananas, mashed with a fork
½ cup butter (1 stick) at room temperature
3/4 cup white sugar (or use 1 scant cup of honey)
2 eggs, room temperature
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
½ tsp real vanilla extract
1 cup walnuts, toasted and coarsely chopped
½ cup raisins

  1. Hi Natasha! I've been following your channel for years and I love love all your dishes. I have tried making this banana bread multiple times and each time there is a big crack in the middle and whats underneath the crack in undercooked. I have tried it many times always same thing. any advice on this? thank you <3 <3 xoxo

  2. i need a banana bread recipe and i picked yours, I had 11 mid. bananas so i tripled the recipe, used two sticks butter and 1/2 cup coconut oil, i always double the soda to get a lighter fluffier higher loaf, with toasted chopped pecans, no raisins, parchment on bottom, three loaves came out perfect, lov banana bread. thank you, God bless
