All rubbish goan roast pork ie wrong recepie and you are very slow
Goans always grind red masala or green masala in vinegar n prepare pork, n water is never added to the roast meat it has to cook with its own fat n water it releases.

Just made it and it turned out fantastic, I added one star anise and some sugar in the end (as I found the spice level little too much for my husband). But it was really delicious.
