Ingredients:
Sugar 1 teaspoon
White wine 1 tablespoon
Light soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Starch 1.5 tablespoons
A little water
Coat both sides with starch
Pan-fry for 6 minutes.
Tips:
Make sure the oil is hot enough before adding the pork chops. A thermometer should read about 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Fry the pork chops in batches to avoid overcrowding the skillet.
Don’t flip the pork chops too often, as this can cause the coating to fall off. Flip them only once or twice during the cooking process.
