  2. I didn't have time to make everything from scratch but I did the pork butt the same way you did minus the Grease fire… it is the best NO… Greatest pork butt I have ever made, and I've made at least 4. Point is I will definitely make this again. Oh I smoked mine in Applewood. 🍖

  3. Why not try making truly authentic Cuban bread wrapped in Sabal or Palmetto palm fronds in Baked breads surface which you find tiny bits of Charred palm fronds and ash baked in charcoal fired beyond or brick oven

  4. Chud press looks handy as heck!
    I'm a CAD Drafter with some work in sheet metal, would it be beneficial to have a parallel bar set to have an even press? Looks like it smooshes more towards the hinge. I'd be happy to help with some of the design work on that thing to make it easier and quicker to build.

    Also, that looks delicious. Love your channel.

  5. FYI chud, shorts are the worst thing ever, and literally drive me away. This is an informative bbq channel, the best imo, and I get notifications about shit that happened weeks ago. If there’s a way to stop these “advertisements” let me know. Is it because I’m subscribed? It’s awful. #stoptheshorts

  6. Definitely appreciate the use of individual ingredients in your recipes. I follow a number of cooking and BBQ channels and am getting very tired of everyone pushing their brand with every single cook they do. Even though a new spank Chud Press will be on order oh so very soon! Have to wait until it gets a bit warmer outside otherwise I will be tempted to use it indoors and bad things will certainly happen. Keep up the the great work and don't change a thing! Love how you roll!
