Just last week I smoked 2 blocks of cream cheese with some rub with a little dill and a large salmon filet…for 5 hours at 200 in my Traeger…
Put that on some bagels the next day and it was AMAZING

Score it deeper better smoke and seasoning coverage and penetration. That looks lacking in smoke.
Something my family has always done is let cream cheese get to room temp with salsa or picante poured over it and use as a dip for corn chips! This video elevates it to all kinds of possibilities. Great video.
