  1. Two questions… followed the written recipe in the summary. 1) Butter in video, but no butter in recipe. 2) Mine was SUPER runny? Almost like the milk qty might be incorrect in recipe? Thanks for any help folks, i was soooo excited for this one, only to be super disappointed at my results.

  2. I know it's the magic of editing, but you playing like the pot is cooking on your butcher block makes me think you could probably get a strong enough induction burner that is embedded into butcher block and still heat the pot.

  3. Dude, I LOVE your videos…and they are as good as it gets! Keep that in mind, but:
Him: "Hey guys…I made a queso…….I raised my own beef…made my own cheese from scratch…..grew my own veggies…and build a fire pit from raw metals of the earth"
Me: "oh ok…well…I guess I'll substitute EVERY SINGLE STEP! It'll NEVER taste the exact same"
    LOLOL! Love the videos dude.

  4. I love seeing Americans putting their twist into Mexican food, when I was younger our queso dips were pretty basic, usually consisted of Oaxaca cheese, peppers n veggies with chorizo mixed in, now people made hundreds of varieties of queso dips.

  5. If you're trying to get closer to the same flavor as Torchys they use Land O' Lake Extra melt cheese and a red salsa base thats boils until most of the water is reduced then the cheese is shredded and added in.
