  2. 진짜의 불고기에는 고추장이 들어가지 않습니다. 불고기에는 간장이 주요한 양념입니다. 과거에 한국은 고추를 사용하지 않았습니다. Authentic Korean BBQ does not contain red pepper paste at ll. Soy sauce is the main seasoning for Bulgogi. In the past, Koreans did not use red pepper.

  3. i love that josh calls the potatoes "gamja potatoes". that's just potato potatoes lmao. (kind of like when people say chai tea XD). that said, this looked pretty great. i feel like korean people usually do non-marinated meats at home for kbbq more commonly (and just in general, in korea, it's less marinated meat and more non-marinated meat), but this made me crave it something fierce. guess i know what i'm going to prep this weekend lol

  4. Gamja=potatoe in korean. The banchan isnt called potato potato, denjang the correct way pronouncing the word not dough en jang. Console with a korean before making korean food and no he cannot be adopted
