Hawaiian dishes are another favorite of mine. This one is delicious.
Hawaiian BBQ Pineapple Chicken Recipe:
Ingredients:
Small pack or family size pack of chicken legs or leg quarters
1 cup bottled bbq sauce
1 (12. 25 oz) crushed pineapple in juice (drain)
2 teaspoons garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees
Thaw out chicken in fridge
Mix bbq sauce, drained crushed pineapple, garlic powder and chili powder in mixing bowl then coat each piece of chicken with sauce.
Place in 9×13 presprayed with cooking oil pan and add remaining sauce on top of chicken.
Cover with foil and cook 40 minutes or until done or until meat thermometer reaches 165 degrees.
Tip: serve with white rice and any vegetables you like.
