  1. Never made an Empanada with brisket but I have used it for my version of Egg Rolls. And the recipe was not too dissimilar to what you made. Only difference literally was the chives and cheese choice. I used garlic chives and a mix of Colby Jack and Munster cheese. So I can almost imagine how good those taste! 👍

  2. I don't know what happened to them but my cast iron grill grates have been missing for months. I haven't been able to smoke or grill. It's very frustrating. I've looked every where for them.
