  1. These BBQers put a lot of time and effort, not to mention their own money, going to these cook offs and the winner only gets $300 dollars? I bet the advertisers of this and other events make a lot more than 300 dollars! Bragging rights don't pay the bills! I love watching these BBQ contests, I Hate seeing people being exploited!

  2. Great job Orrie…they looked like a winner to me! I look forward to many more of your awesome videos. Knew I was subscribed, but didn't realize I hadn't hit the notification bell until today. Vacation week, smoked scallops wrapped in my own cured bacon, boneless skinless thighs with a habenero, mango glaze and poor mans burnt ends, using chuck roast which I cubed, sauced and through under the broiler after it smoked a rested. You're a great inspiration!

  3. Loving this ! Orrin, if you want to come to Iowa in September, we have an easy 3 meat cook. Chicken, pork loin and ribs with an hour in between each turn in ! I will 100% agree that the smallercook offs are where everyone helps each other ! Great commodity between cooks ! Awesome job Orrie !
