How to tell if your philly cheese steak is the real deal in two steps:
1. Is the cheese on the top or underneath?
2. Does it have ketchup on it?
98%+ of ALLLLL steaks in philly have cheese ON THE BOTTOM and Ketchup on the top. Period. You don't have either of those what you are eating is a "steak sandwich" not a "philly steak". PERIOD.
