Las alitas la primera vez que se llevan al horno se pone con agua? Porque ahí cuando las sacan del horno se ve que tiene bastante líquido pero cuando las pudieron no

Tengo una duda: Al hornear primero las alitas y luego echarles la salsa y volverlas a llevar al horno, no se deshachen, porque las alitas son fragiles…quiero prepararlas por el cunple de mi esposo, ya que a él le gusta.
