Apologies for the sound quality, and I hope you can appreciate I got a little distracted when it came to filming the actual pork steak cook…
All I would need is some grilled corn tortillas and some good Pico for some good tacos.
I'm doing these tonight. One question, did you put them back on the grill after wrapping?
There was no snake in anyone's boot? Oh crap I entered that to early. Should have known it was coming. I need a job there.
loved it!!!
I bet that was a blast hanging out with Chud.
Awesome video!! I've fallen in love with pork steaks since visiting Snows (never heard of them before) Cant wait to have a go at making these on my KJ!! Great seeing the fun drinking side of these vids too
FYI, they came out amazing!!!!!
Being a Chud's fan. Great to find you from his pervious video.
👍 good job!! 😋
STAHP. What a great video!
13:10 must be cold in the ol' chud pad
I just cooked some big thick pork steaks on my drum smoker. No need to wrap. The fat stays nice and crispy and renders out. Wrapping it will just make it soggy. I love cooking pork steaks over direct heat like that.
Great video glad I found your channel
Where’s Cockburn???😊
Pork Steaks have been a thing in St. Louis for many, many years. Glad to see other areas are getting on the bandwagon.
I usually glaze with a maple Mustard sauce and finish/caramelize it on a hot grill. Maple Mustard Sauce is yellow mustard, maple Syrup, a healthy amount of black pepper, salt, and a bit of Pepsi to thin the sauce. Just brush it on over the hot grill. They end up sweet, tangy, and a little bit of heat.
If the end piece be moist like that !! Aww yea it’ll be good
Howdy and welcome to Texas! Enjoy your stay. 🙂
So jealous, talk about living the dream 😊
Definitely not enough UK pit masters
Can we get a Chud Shop playlist? Those tunes are killer
I'm surprised Brad didn't bring out his sausage.

Your dedication to bbq has to be applauded,I’m just going to have a beer on it🍺😵💫😵💫
Pork steak is also a staple where I grew up in St. Louis Missouri!
The ending of this video featuring the pop punk songs/drunk brad is my favorite
Pork steak looks great🍻. The gnome comment🤣
Congrats on your move! I drive by your spot every day since I live right down the street and I was surprised to see a familiar name! Haven't caught any BBQ action yet, but I'm hoping ya'll are succesful
Excellent soundtrack to this video as well – to end on The Fall of Troy? Perfect
I found cooking on my top racks better when I had a reverse flow, so two racks might be right. My Lang’s bottom rack was so close to the baffle that it sucked on the bottom rack.
I don’t understand how this channel has less than 19k subs. Deserves way more.
Pork steaks are my favorite to cook. Try adding some walkerswood jerk paste to the mop. My absolute favorite. Family requests them for holidays now.
