  2. nah forget it guys, this place is overpriced, overpromised and under delivered. I've been eating here for 3-4 times and you can get to other places in koreatown LA for half the price and equal amount of taste.

  3. IMO the texture of a beef tartare suffers a lot if there is no sauce of any kind involved, and also it needs complimentary flavours compared to cooked beef, since there is no maillard reaction or other complimentary flavours inherent to the dish.
