Here’s one of those gold nugget recipes that proves you can make something really incredible with very few ingredients! It’s a Pork Tenderloin with a Mustard Cream Sauce that tastes way more sophisticated than the 3 ingredients it calls for.
This sauce really is excellent for pork fillets – elegant enough for company, but quick enough for dinner tonight!

Your pork tender loin were still under cooked. I can see it was still pink. You should have cooked it on the grill better then put it in the oven.

Made this for Motherβs Day. Turned out beautifully. I know you said not to omit the Taragon but my local store was out. Was still fantastic. But next time will use Taragon for sure.
I served this with your oven roasted cauliflower recipe. Next day I chopped up the left overs and tossed in some pasta.
Good

That looks delicious and tender, because pork fillet generally is so dry and boring and your sauce is so creamy. Definitely I will give it a try. Thanks for sharing your expertise in cooking.
