1/3 rd cup desi ghee
1/3 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk with malai
1/4 cup water
few drops orange colour optional
2 drops kevera essence
1/4 tsp cardomon powder
1/2 cup mixed dry fruits
(almond cashew raisins pistachio
charoli walnut any dry fruits of your choice )

Too much ghee is utilised for 150 gms. I did it with 3tbsp for 300 gms and it turned out excellent.
Can I use sweetener instead of regular sugar and how much? Please let me know. Thanks.

ekhair mein jaroor hamein bhi yaad rakhna AssalamualaikumSorry not enough liquid in this recipe for khili sevai. Itβs too dry need some more milk to cook the sevai properly then add sugar and put on dam.
