Thank you for the wonderful video. What brand of machine are you using? I would like to buy one. Just not sure which one to get. Thanks again. Very helpful video.
I only ever made fresh pasta once, and that was when I was in cooking school. I said, "Never again" to that because the pasta maker was difficult to work with. Maybe I'll try again since you make it look so easy, Pasquale.
My family always makes homemade ravioli for Christmas. It's time for me to get to work! Merry Christmas to you!
Thanks Chef!
I’m gonna get into pasta making next year!
This guy is the best
"you gotta small, big and a really big…medium size is for jabroni's!"
Nanu is the cutest!!! I'm going to try his technique.. wish me luck.❤
Hi i come from Italy and bought some bottled tartufo slices in oil. can u cook some recipes preferably pasta 😊
My mom dint teached me but I paid att to Pascualito on Tomatoe sauces and now this
Let it rest 30 minutes before rolling out
You are amazing cook.
Superb ❤❤❤!!!
This is absolutely the most amazing pasta!
How does fresh pasta compare to box pasta in taste
Fantastic Sir! My question is how long should the fresh pasta be cooked if rolled out to the number 6 setting??
Soon I better get to this style too. Old school. I'll keep up the fresh ravioli u all trying. To forget.
Great video ! Why you use a wood desk to make the pasta ?
❤❤❤❤ this method!
Pasquale reminds me of my nonno. Always love his videos
Brilliant
Good information! The most important thing for me is that you solved the,"I can not attach my pasta machine to my counter because the overhang of my countertop is too small for the machine to grasp" problem. You are a genius! Now I need to find a board like you have. Thank you .
I'm definitely going to make pasta soon now!😍
Please mention specifically which flour you are using. Also where do i get that pasta machine?
Get a food processor and it takes seconds.
How long do I let the pasta rest?
Your the best
When I'm having a sad day I tune into Pasquale. He brightens up my day. Thanks Pasquale
Another fantastic video chef I was singing right along with you nothing better then fresh pasta my nonna use to make it all the time use to love watching her and helping her good memories take care
Hi, where do you get that size wood board from?
Grazie Signore.
It looks delicious
Can I come over for some Fettuccine…. hahaha
Salute CIN CIN i
So darn CUTE 😄 nothing but LOVE. Check out your Big Board!! 🍷🙌🙏
SQUISITO, Pasquale!!!! Salute!!!
Pasquale, you make every recipe so quick and easy. I'd love to cook with you !! Salute Sir 🍷 Chin- Chin
Great video. You make the process look very easy. As a kid I used to beg for fresh pasta. There was a store on Arthur Ave. in the Bronx that sold it and I would wheedle my Z'Emidio to buy some for Sunday's meal. I now make it myself mainly for lasagna and manicotti; however, I use semola rather than white flour. My method is to break two large eggs into a measuring cup and add enough water to get a cup of liquid. I do not add evoo or salt. I have in the past but prefer it without. Since I use a mixer and dough hook I add the whisked egg and water to the bowl and add semola little by little to get the dough ball. Very little olio di gomito goes into the noodles. I'm a bit lazy by nature. Just thought I'd share my method. I do use white flour when I make noodles for Asian style cooking.
Like I said the last time You are the best. I love watching you. I make my own pasta too. Keep up the videos Love you
2:30 "small, big, e really big"
No such thing as medium for Italians 😂🤣
Size matters….of the eggs….lg eggs are not always the same…and a little water is needed. i also like to make my pasta on a marble surface because the wood can steel some of the moisture….just a preference, boards are used all over italy…they work great….recently purchased a Chitarra (to cut my pasta) from Abruzzo. Just another way to cut the pasta!! As always a wonderful video!!!
I love him, he sings & whistles!!
❤
4:18 😂❤
Thank you so much!! I've always wanted a pasta machine and my hubby gave me one recently, but, it had no recipes with it. You're timing couldn't have been any more perfect!!
I'll give it a try over the weekend!!
Thanks for sharing!!!! 🤗💗
