Today we’re making the Tik Tok Baked Feta Pasta. I wanted to see just how good this recipe is. This dish started in Finland and it’s allegedly the reason grocery stores in Finland ran out of feta cheese. Ingredients: 1) 2 pints (~900g) cherry tomatoes 2) 6 tbsp olive oil 3) 8-10 cloves garlic 4)…

Welcome to the brokeback bakery.
Fresh bread toasted, peanut butter and chocolate?!! 🤮🤮🤮
Peanut butter and chocolate syrup what are you 8 years old?
Did anyone try corona? Did it work just as well as the beer he recommended here in the video?
The whole point to beer bread is for them times you don't have bloody yeast oO
why toast fresh bread ??
nobody else lets their beer bread rise they just put it straight in the overn and it turns out fine
Where are you guys now? The website domain is being on sale
RIP the website
Ok he kneaded that dough way too roughly. Anyway, here’s the recipe since the link is broken and they didn’t put it in the description
-12 oz beer
– 1 tbsp sugar
– 1 tsp salt
– 1 pack active dry yeast (about 2 1/2 tsp of yeast)
-3 cups flour
-1 tbsp sugar
-1 I tsp salt
-1 tbsp olive oil
-2 1/2 salted butter (melted)
Throw the yeast, sugar and salt into the beer, let it sit for about two minutes or so.
Combine the flour, sugar, salt, olive oil, and melted butter, let mix for about a minute.
Set the mixture in a warmer area or turn your oven on to 125 f or the lowest setting just so it gets warm, and let the mixture sit for about an hour, or until it’s doubled in size.
After it’s risen, knead on a lightly floured surface and knead lightly
Flour a bread pan and let the dough sit in the pan for about a half hour
* while it’s rising, set your oven to 350 f*
After the second rise, bake your bread for 30 minutes or so.
For me, about 35 minutes is good bc my oven is weird and temperamental. Enjoy! This bread is actually super good and I’ve been making it for about two years.
No recipe at the link. It's all about bartending, training, bar supplies etc.
Anyone else bugged by the head on the beer in the intro? Just me? Oh, cool.
for me ,to complicated
I don't understand the kneading after the first rise. Kneading is done before the first rise in order to develop the gluten. Kneading is not done to trap air. I don't get the toasting of fresh baked bread, nor the peanut butter with chocolate sauce. Something savory would have made more sense. Just a weird video, although they are likeable enough.
Is this a bread recipe or a beer commercial? fuck these asswipes

our family in Tennessee noticed over the years, our best results came, when we used a Deep Dark Lager or Southern Beer.
I am going to try this recipe with Sam Adams Cream Stout
I was wondering if it would taste well using a pumpkin beer, and if so, what are some recommendations?
Here is a much easier beer bread and it turns out great. No mixer needed.
3 cups of self rising flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1/4 cup of butter
12 oz. bottle of beer (I like Coors Light)
Dry mix flour and sugar.
Dump in bottle of beer. (If too dry, use a little more beer or water)
Mix
Place into 9 in loaf pan
Smooth out with wet spoon
Place in pre-heated oven at 375 degrees
Bake for 45 minutes
After the 45 minutes pour melted butter over loaf
Continue to bake for 15 more minutes (Keep eye on it, if getting too dark, take it out)
Remove and let cool for 10-15 minutes
