there is a huge mistake: you have to put the PAPRIKA into the onion+fat+meat and not into the water…..if you put into the fat with the onion it keeps RED….if you put it into the water its become brown
it should be 2 to 4 bea leafs and it has to mutch water and trhe beef broth should be made the day befor or in the same day but over all a 7 out of 10
to much caraway …. that stuff is potent !

Hungarians uses the paprika peppers cut into pieces or keft whole as I recall. If wasn't available where you are then a chili pepper of some sort can be a substitute. Its usually a "HOT" version.
