What is it I’m supposed to get from this? I was told a temperature. I was told it was messy.
How much oil? What did you use for breading? What was the dredge? Was there a marinade process? What was the cook time? You started either thighs and you cut them up … was there a reason for that?
Obviously you can’t answer all of that in a short. But, what is it I’m supposed to gain from this? “Don’t let chicken clump” is that the take away you had in mind for this short?
You could have done a 60 second edit showing just … the ingredients and the dredge then the fry sound … then him biting into one and enjoying it. THAT would have had a reason to exist. Highlights and a nudge to watch the full video.
Or just the ingredients for the breading and the dredge. That would be a perfectly fine short and something to point at the full video.
Or just tips on how to do the cooking in terms of telling when it’s done and cook times.
This might as well been a video of people taking food out of grocery bags.
