  1. A new Buff Dudes Food video?
Whaaaaaaatt?? It's true, it's true. Apologize for such an absence as a lot of life stuff has been going on lately but we're BACK ON TRACK! We'll be doing our cutting plan until end of March and I plan on a weekly food video which I'll feature in our vlog and also here. Hope you enjoy. More to cooooooome! (oh and stay buff)

  2. I've used this bread in a pinch. I'd love to see you try the Maria Emmerich egg white protein bread. Since the egg yolk is not used the 'bread' can take on many flavors.
Both Loving it On Keto and Indigo Nili have quite a few versions of egg white "bread". =D

  3. I just made this and it turned out great. I used it as the outer "bread" of a ham sandwich with mustard and the egg flavour was completely masked and so just the fluffy texture left. Does anyone know how I can make them any thicker? more baking powder? I will definitely be doing this again.

  4. Just tried this recipe. Used chicken breast, spinach and cherry tomatoes as a filling. Sprinkled sesame seeds on top before cooking. Used 1/2 tsp of baking powder instead for added fluffiness, also added oregano and granulated garlic. Was absolutely delicious. Would recommend. Would make a great alternative to burger buns. If you are using a fan oven in the UK I would cook it at 12 mins at 250oc.

  5. I tried in two batches. I nailed the second one, it looks just like the ones on the video. I think the trick is to get a bowl just barely larger than the mixture volume, so when u try to fold it, it will not get runny as my first batch. Also it's cool to use some herbs on top of the bread just after you place them at the baking sheet. If you are not from the States or Europe, like me, and can't find cheap or consistent greek yogurt like in the video, just try some home made one, it's easy to make.

  6. Thanks for this great recipe! 😀
To spice things up I added 50g of diced bacon and about 2 table spoons of parmesan cheese… delicious! <3
This can make a great base for a lot of handy KETO foods! 😀

    STAY BUFF!! 🙂
