I have cooked it today since today is still an official Raya holiday and I loved it and so does my family. Btw you are the only one channel that recomended the asaforetida powder that no other channel did. I went around looking for this one ingredient to see if I can recreate what the mamak best kept secret of the Curry fish ingredient and yes it was on point. Now I will keep this asafoetida powder for future fish curry dishes. Kudos.

Thanks very much. I lived in KL for 6 years and I do miss the food. The best chicken curry I ate in Malaysia was at Pappa Rich's. It would be marvellous if you could duplicate that dish and make a video of it.

But because today is such a day, my wife is using this auspicious day to change the recipe to include 5 medium size tomatoes into your recipe. I was hesitant but today I will abide by her rules.
