She might be the most polished human being on the planet. Probably has a double doctorate in economics and oncology yet traded it in for the culinary institute in Hyde Park. She’s killing it with these rolls though.

I've made these rolls twice (a double batch and quadruple batch) and another double batch made into 2 loaves. Your rolling method was so helpful! None of these beauties lasted very long!

Quite a long time ago, I went looking all over the internet to find out why we needed to roll tangzhong in that fashion. And of course, Cook's Illustrated was the only place that even addressed it!
The rolls look delicious. I cook with whole grains.
